Zurich North America is hiring an Underwriting Specialist or Executive Underwriter – E&S Property in Chicago or Atlanta. You will analyze and underwrite new and renewal business, interact with market participants, and work within delegated authority to deliver high-quality service in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities include risk assessment, pricing, using data and models, and maintaining underwriting rules.

• Experience in underwriting or market facing areas with a strong customer focus.
• Ability to assess risk, evaluate exposures and price appropriately.
• Proven collaboration with agents and brokers to drive growth.
