Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent with 3+ years in underwriting or market-facing area.
• Alternative: 6+ years in Claims or Underwriting Support.
• Zurich Apprentice plus Associate Degree and experience in underwriting or market facing.
• Familiarity with underwriting rules, regulations, and rating manuals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a customer industry advocate to improve experience and provide end-to-end insurance solutions.
• Assess exposure, risks, and pricing using data and models.
• Drive growth with national wholesalers and market-facing activities.
• Administer underwriting rules and comply with laws and guidelines.
• Operate within delegated authority on moderately complex tasks.
