Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Team Trainer to organize and deliver high‑quality training for new members on the home team. The role partners with Team Leadership, the Store Trainer, and other qualified team members to ensure rapid onboarding and ongoing development.

The candidate will support various training programs (Operational Learning Pathways, Compliance, Safety, Product Knowledge, and Customer Service) and act as a role model for food safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Whole Foods Market experience (or equivalent retail training).
• Experience delivering training to teams and new members.
• Ability to work with store leadership and trainers to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and complete new member training during the first four shifts.
• Coordinate with Team Leaders and the Store Trainer to schedule training.
• Maintain training records using Whole Foods Market’s learning systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and model suggestive selling techniques.
• Train team members on products, differentiation, sales tactics, and placement.
