Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Team Trainer to support in-store training, improve engagement, productivity, and retention of New Members. You will partner with Team Leadership, the Store Trainer, and other qualified team members to deliver high-quality training on our home team, covering Operational Learning Pathways, Compliance, Occupational Safety, and Customer Service.

The role emphasizes being a role model, delivering customer-obsessed service, and ensuring timely completion of New Member

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of Whole Foods Market experience (or equivalent retail training).
• Comfortable speaking with groups and inspiring others.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and coordinates new and ongoing store and team training programs.
• Works with Team Leaders and Store Trainer to schedule New Member training within first four shifts.
• Keeps New Member Connections on track and communicates status regularly.
• Trains Members on customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
• Maintains training records using Whole Foods Market’s learning systems.
