Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is hiring an Associate Team Leader for E‑Commerce to support grocery delivery and pick-up experiences for customers.

The ATL will drive safety, quality, customer service, productivity, and team engagement while onboarding and coaching Team Members. They will partner with Team Leaders to develop high-potential staff, lead daily huddles, and optimize shift operations to meet order times.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and accountability across safety, quality, customer service, productivity, and team engagement.
• Ability to onboard and train Team Members on SOPs, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Provide timely coaching and performance feedback to drive skill development and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train Team Members on SOPs, staging, quality, and safety standards.
• Provide regular coaching and performance feedback to drive accountability and engagement.
• Partner with Team Leader to identify high-potential Team Members and create development plans.
• Lead team huddles to communicate priorities and address operational challenges.
• Maintain a safe work environment through hazard identification and remediation.
• Ensure adherence to safety and food safety protocols through coaching and observation.
• Investigate incidents and implement preventive actions.
• Own order accuracy and quality by auditing and analyzing trends.
• Monitor order times and resolve delays or customer issues.
• Collaborate with departments to improve customer experience.
• Manage substitutions, out-of-stocks and special requests.
• Optimize shift operations based on forecasts and real-time staffing needs.
• Identify bottlenecks and lead process improvements for productivity.
• Ensure tools and supplies are available and functioning.
• Communicate effectively with team, leadership, and vendors.
• Serve as subject matter expert for E-Commerce duties.
