Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking an Associate Team Leader (ATL) for E-Commerce to support the grocery delivery and pick-up experience.

The ATL will lead Team Members, ensure onboarding, provide coaching, and optimize shift operations while maintaining safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include training, conducting audits, improving processes, and cross-functional collaboration to meet customer order times.

Qualifications

• Onboarding and training of Team Members on SOPs, quality standards and safety protocols.
• Provide timely coaching and performance feedback to drive skill development and engagement.
• Identify high-potential Team Members and create development plans.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train Team Members to SOPs, staging procedures and safety protocols.
• Provide coaching and feedback through regular one-on-one conversations.
• Partner with Team Leader to identify high-potential Team Members and develop plans.
• Lead team huddles and meetings to communicate priorities and address challenges.
• Maintain safe work environment with proactive hazard identification and documentation.
• Ensure proper handling of substitutions, OOS, and special requests.
• Optimize shift operations by reviewing forecasts and adjusting staffing in real time.
• Identify bottlenecks and lead process improvements to maximize productivity.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and supplies are available and functional.
