Job summary

Dover Corp is seeking an eCommerce Support Specialist in Downers Grove, IL to manage day-to-day admin and tech support for the company’s digital platforms. You will liaise with distributors, internal teams, and the Dover support unit to ensure smooth order processing and portal functionality.

You will handle distributor access, resolve order friction, provide comprehensive helpdesk support, and perform data updates in Salesforce.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information technology, marketing, or related field.
2+ years of experience in technical support, sales operations or eCommerce customer care.
Excellent verbal and written communication for coordinating with teams and vendors.
Able to collaborate with multiple departments and solve problems.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support for login failures, missing products, and billing/shipping data.
Onboard and offboard distributors across multiple digital tools.
Monitor daily order flows and resolve processing or system errors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and fix systemic issues.
Use Salesforce to track tickets and update distributor records.
Monitor leads from digital channels and follow up as needed.
Identify digital tool improvements with stakeholders.
