Job summary
PSG, part of Dover Corporation, is seeking an eCommerce Support Specialist in Downers Grove, IL. The role focuses on day-to-day admin and technical support for digital business platforms, acting as the liaison between distributors, internal teams, and the Dover support unit to ensure smooth order processing and portal functionality.
You will manage distributor lifecycle access, monitor daily order flows, resolve processing issues, and use Salesforce to track tickets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years in technical support, sales operations, help desk, or eCommerce customer care.
- Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
- Experience with online ordering/ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support for login, data, and billing issues.
- Onboard/offboard distributors across digital tools.
- Monitor daily order flows and resolve processing issues.
- Collaborate with Dover teams to diagnose systemic issues.
- Use Salesforce to track tickets and update distributor records.
