Job summary

PSG in Downers Grove, IL, is seeking an e-Commerce Support Specialist to manage day-to-day admin and technical support for our digital business platforms. You will act as the main liaison between distributors, internal teams, and Dover support to ensure smooth order processing and portal functionality.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT, marketing, or related field and 2+ years in technical support or ecommerce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years in technical support, sales ops, help desk, or ecommerce care.
• Experience with online ordering/ERP systems.
• Strong verbal and written coordination with teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support for login, billing, and data issues.
• Manage distributor onboarding/offboarding across digital tools.
• Monitor daily order flows and fix processing errors.
• Troubleshoot with Dover team to resolve systemic issues.
• Use Salesforce to track tickets and update distributor data.
• Monitor leads from PSG's digital channels.
• Identify digital tool improvements with stakeholders.
