PSG, a Dover company, is seeking an eCommerce Support Specialist to manage day-to-day admin and technical support for our digital business platforms, serving distributors and internal teams.

You will handle distributor access, order monitoring, and ticket tracking in Salesforce, while collaborating across departments to improve our online tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, marketing, or another relevant field.
• 2+ years’ experience in technical support, sales operations, help desk environments or eCommerce customer care.
• Prior knowledge of online ordering systems/ERP systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to collaborate across teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support for login failures, missing account products, incorrect billing/shipping data and other customer issues.
• Distributor onboarding/offboarding across multiple digital tools.
• Monitor daily order flows and resolve processing exceptions or system errors.
• Collaborate with the Dover team to diagnose and resolve systemic issues.
• Utilize Salesforce to track support tickets and update distributor records.
• Monitor Leads from PSG’s digital channels and follow up.
• Identify areas for improvement in digital tools with stakeholders.
