Fry's Food Stores is seeking an e-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day activities and staffing for the online department. You will ensure customer satisfaction, manage product flow, and lead the team in implementing e-Commerce initiatives to meet sales and efficiency targets.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication. You will collaborate with store management and participate in budgets and compliance across food safety guidelines.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Supervisory experience of staff.
• Experience in the selection and hiring process.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership abilities.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department.
• Staff the e-Commerce department and develop associates.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring easy, diverse, fresh, and clean online shopping.
• Interview, select and hire candidates for online staffing.
• Create schedules and manage product flow to meet guidelines.
• Develop associates to meet productivity and certification goals.
• Ensure compliance with laws and food safety procedures.
