Job summary

King Soopers is seeking a Store e-Commerce Supervisor to assist in daily operations of the e-Commerce department. You will supervise staff, ensure compliance with laws and safety procedures, and help train team members.

Responsibilities include managing orders, scheduling, equipment troubleshooting, and process improvements, with potential acting for the e-Commerce manager when unavailable.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Basic math skills (i.e., counting, addition, and subtraction).
• Self-directed, ability to execute projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store e-Commerce manager in day-to-day operation of the e-Commerce department.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team members are adhering to laws, food safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Train selectors and customer attendants on duties.
• Act as the person in charge of the e-Commerce department when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates’ needs.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and distribute work to selectors and attendants.
• Print and distribute order labels, including perishable orders.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Report pricing or inventory discrepancies to the manager.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Learn and implement process improvements.
• Provide feedback on daily and annual performance.
