Job summary

The Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a Store e-Commerce supervisor in Gunnison, CO to support daily operations of the e-Commerce department. You will help ensure a high-quality shopping experience, coordinate selectors and attendants, and act as the e-Commerce lead when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.

This role emphasizes teamwork, scheduling, training, and adherence to company guidelines while promoting Kroger values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity and safety.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store e-Commerce manager with day-to-day operations of the e-Commerce department.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for shopping experience, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and assign work to selectors and attendants.
• Train selectors and customer attendants on required duties.
• Act as the e-Commerce lead when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates’ needs.
• Print and distribute order labels, including for perishable items.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies and organize staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies to the Store e-Commerce manager.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Support process improvements from e-Commerce teams.
• Provide feedback on team performance and development.
