Job summary

King Soopers in Longmont, CO is seeking an assistant to the Store e-Commerce manager to oversee day-to-day e-Commerce operations. You will help ensure orders are processed efficiently and that customers experience a smooth, fast shopping process.

The role requires supervising experience, basic computer and math skills, and the ability to train and coordinate a team of selectors and customer attendants in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience in a relevant setting.
• Ability to read shelf tags and interpret pricing/location details.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with store systems.
• Solid basic math skills including counting, addition, and subtraction.
• Self-directed, capable of executing projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team members follow laws, safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Perform responsibilities of selectors and customer attendants as needed.
• Train all functions of selector and customer attendant roles.
• Act as the person in charge of e-Commerce when Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates’ needs.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and assign work to selectors and attendants.
• Print and distribute order labels, including perishable orders.
