Job summary

King Soopers is seeking an individual to assist the Store e-Commerce manager in daily operations in our Denver store. You will help maintain customer satisfaction, supervise the e-Commerce team, and ensure compliance with safety and company guidelines.

The role requires leadership, basic computer and math skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Training and scheduling duties are included to support high service standards.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Basic math skills including counting, addition, and subtraction.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team members adhere to laws, food safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Perform responsibilities required of selectors and customer attendants as needed.
• Train all functions and duties of the selector and customer attendant roles.
• Act as the person in charge of the e-Commerce department when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates’ needs.
• Maintain the intake of customer orders and distribute work to selectors and attendants.
• Print and distribute order labels, including perishable orders.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies to pricing, scanning, item location, and temperature types.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Learn and implement process improvements as directed by division or enterprise e-Commerce team.
• Provide feedback on team members’ daily and annual performance.
