Job summary

Kroger is seeking a Store e-Commerce Assistant in Wheat Ridge, CO to support day-to-day operations of the e-Commerce department. You will help ensure customer satisfaction, oversee selectors and customer attendants, and assist with scheduling and order processing.

You will train staff, act as in-charge when needed, and ensure compliance with laws and safety standards. The role requires supervisory experience, basic computing and math skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience is required.
• Ability to read shelf tags and understand store layouts.
• Basic computer literacy for order processing and labeling.
• Basic math skills for counting and reconciliation.
• Self-directed with ability to execute projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping and cleanliness.
• Ensure team adheres to laws, safety procedures and guidelines.
• Perform responsibilities of selectors and customer attendants as needed.
• Train all functions and duties of the selector and customer attendant roles.
• Act as the person in charge when Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates’ needs.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and distribute work to staff.
• Print and distribute order labels including perishable orders.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies and organization of staging areas and equipment.
