Job summary

King Soopers is seeking a Store e-Commerce supervisor to assist the Store e-Commerce manager in daily operations. You will ensure customer satisfaction, supervise staff, train team members, and handle in-store e-Commerce duties.

This role requires readiness to manage the department in the manager’s absence and maintain safe, efficient operations. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, processing orders, troubleshooting equipment, and upholding company values of respect, integrity, and

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Self-directed, able to execute projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping and cleanliness.
• Ensure team members follow laws, safety procedures, and guidelines.
• Train selectors and customer attendants as needed.
• Act as the person in charge of the e-Commerce department when manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational needs.
• Manage intake of orders and assign work to staff.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies and cleanliness of staging areas.
• Perform opening/closing procedures.
