Job summary

King Soopers is seeking an experienced leader to manage the day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department in Fountain, CO. You will staff the department, develop associates, and uphold the company's values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

You will supervise order fulfillment, scheduling, training, and budget adherence while guiding initiatives that drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Supervisory experience.
• Experience in the selection and hiring process.
• Able to lift up to 25–50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Staff the store's online shopping department and develop associates.
• Meet customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety and cleanliness.
• Interview, select and hire candidates for the online department.
• Plan schedules and manage product flow according to guidelines.
• Lead e-Commerce initiatives to achieve sales and budget goals.
• Train associates in order selector and customer attendant roles.
• Monitor expenses and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
• Ensure compliance with laws and food safety guidelines.
