Job summary

King Soopers in Wheat Ridge, CO seeks a Store e-Commerce supervisor to assist the Store e-Commerce manager in day-to-day operations. You will oversee order intake, labeling, and coordination of selectors and customer attendants to ensure efficient service.

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, and acting as the on-site lead when the manager is unavailable. We value honesty, integrity, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Self-directed, able to execute projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team members are adhering to laws, food safety procedures and guidelines.
• Perform responsibilities required of selectors and customer attendants as needed.
• Train all functions and duties of the selector and customer attendant roles.
• Act as the person in charge of the e-Commerce department when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates’ needs.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and distribute work to selectors and attendants.
• Print and distribute order labels, including perishable orders.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies needed to perform duties.
• Keep staging areas and equipment organized and clean.
• Report discrepancies and invalid temperatures to manager.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Learn/process improvements from e-Commerce team.
• Provide feedback on daily and annual performance.
