Job summary

Kroger in Kendallville, IN is seeking a store e‑Commerce operations leader to drive daily performance, staffing and development within the online shopping department. You will ensure customer satisfaction and uphold store standards while meeting sales and wage budgets.

The role requires strong leadership, staffing experience, and the ability to manage workflows and compliance across the e‑Commerce team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proven supervisory experience.
• Experience in selection and hiring processes.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs several times a day.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Bachelor's Degree (desired).
• POS knowledge (desired).

Responsibilities

• Manage overall day-to-day operations of the store's e‑Commerce department to meet sales objectives and budgets.
• Staff the department and develop associates to achieve results.
• Interview, select and hire candidates for the online shopping team.
• Schedule product flow and staff according to guidelines.
• Train associates on order selector and customer attendant roles.
