Job summary

Kroger is seeking a Store e-Commerce Operations Manager in Indianapolis, IN to oversee day-to-day e-commerce activities, achieve sales goals and manage staffing and development of associates. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven supervisory experience.
• Experience in staff selection and hiring process.
• Strong organization and planning skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds several times per day.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department.
• Staff the department and develop associates to meet goals.
• Ensure e-Commerce meets customer expectations for shopping experience, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Hire, interview, and train candidates for online shopping roles.
• Plan schedules and manage product flow to meet guidelines and budgets.
• Lead initiatives to improve order accuracy, substitutions and delivery efficiency.
• Monitor inventory and address issues promptly with division teams.
• Manage expenses and ensure compliance with safety and food handling procedures.
