You will implement staffing plans and develop talent while upholding Kroger values.

Qualifications

• Ability to interview and hire candidates.
• Proficiency with office software and store systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day e-Commerce store operations to meet sales goals.
• Staff the department and develop associates to achieve results.
• Ensure compliance with laws, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Lead planning, scheduling and execution of e-Commerce initiatives.
• Monitor inventory and order fulfillment performance; address issues promptly.
