Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service or sales support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience handling high volumes of emails and order-related inquiries.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with placing and tracking orders and processing returns.
• Quote assistance, inventory checks, and lead times communication.
• Provide product information and answer customer questions accurately.
• Resolve issues quickly and escalate to IT when needed.
