Sales Match is seeking an Ecommerce Specialist to support online shoppers and resolve order questions from a home-based role in Oklahoma. You will collaborate with the ecommerce support team to ensure accurate order information and reliable follow-through, working with fulfillment contacts and merchandising colleagues.

Qualifications

• Clear written communication for emails and internal handoffs.
• Ability to organize inquiries and track updates.

Responsibilities

• Review emails and tickets to identify questions and next actions.
• Check order status and fulfillment updates; explain verified info.
• Answer product questions using approved descriptions and data.
• Escalate unresolved discrepancies with a concise summary.
• Maintain notes in CRM and ensure complete, timely follow-up.
