Tao Motor Inc. is seeking a Sales Coordinator & Order Processor to manage daily e-commerce operations, including orders from online stores and marketplaces.

You will coordinate with warehouses, handle quotes and invoices for B2B accounts, and ensure accurate fulfillment while delivering excellent customer service. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and WooCommerce.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or sales support.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficiency with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or WooCommerce.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process online, wholesale, and marketplace orders.
• Verify pricing, product availability, shipping, and payment status.
• Coordinate with warehouse/fulfillment for timely shipments.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and KPI dashboards.
• Support quotes, invoices, and bulk orders for B2B.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order issues.
