Job summary

Turtlebox Audio is seeking a Fulfillment Coordinator to manage order processing, shipping, and delivery across DTC and wholesale channels from receipt to final delivery. You will collaborate with 3PLs, coordinate with sales and inventory, monitor fulfillment metrics, and resolve order issues to maintain a high-quality customer and retailer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with Shopify, EDI flows, and SPS Commerce is a plus; strong Excel skills help track ship times, fill

Qualifications

3–5 years in fulfillment, logistics, or ecommerce operations.
Experience with DTC and wholesale fulfillment preferred.
Experience working with 3PLs and freight carriers.

Responsibilities

Track and manage both DTC ecommerce and wholesale orders from receipt through final delivery.
Ensure Shopify and EDI‑based orders flow correctly to the appropriate 3PL partners for processing.
Monitor order statuses daily to ensure orders are processed, shipped, and delivered within required timelines.
Support order prioritization during peak demand periods, product launches, and seasonal volume spikes.
Identify and resolve order exceptions, shipment delays, or processing errors.
Review daily and weekly fulfillment reports from 3PL partners across ecommerce and wholesale channels.
Track fulfillment metrics such as order volume, ship times, fill rates, and delivery performance.
Identify discrepancies in shipped, canceled, delayed, or incomplete orders and coordinate with partners.
