TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is seeking an Insights Analyst to drive analytics for the Governance team in the U.S. region.

You will transform raw data into high-fidelity reports informing policy updates and roadmaps while performing strategic audits across Creator, Content, Product Listing and IPR domains. The ideal candidate will have a detective mindset, exceptional analytical writing, and experience turning data into actionable insights that guide policy changes and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Exceptional analytical writing skills: the ability to communicate complex technical findings in a clear, concise executive summary.
• Demonstrated experience using data to tell a story or advocate for a process change.

Responsabilités

• Content Deep-dives: Execute complex, deep-dive reviews of creator, seller, and product content, applying governance policy knowledge to identify risk patterns and gaps.
• Trend Reporting: Draft recurring insights reports to connect raw data to business priorities and provide actionable summaries for product and policy leads.
• Root-Cause Investigation: Conduct forensic-level analysis on escalations and customer complaints to identify policy gaps or operational friction points.
• Process Feedback & SOP Iteration: Refine audit methodologies and SOPs to keep review tools ahead of evolving bad-actor behaviors.
• Cross-Functional Signaling: Flag emerging risks and violative trends to Strategic Program Managers with evidence to inform improvements.
• Domain Support & Special Projects: Perform deep-dive metric investigations to identify drivers behind KPI fluctuations.
