Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to serve as the reporting governance and decision-support function within OEA. You will create trusted performance visibility, standardize reporting logic, and generate actionable insights to support leadership decisions across LoBs.

You will establish standards, build recurring reports and dashboards, and deliver deep-dives to identify trends and opportunities while partnering with Data Science, Product, Engineering, and QA

Qualifications

• Experience in reporting, business intelligence, analytics, operations reporting, or related data-driven operational functions.
• Reporting governance: strong experience building reporting standards, metric definitions, dashboard logic, and executive visibility mechanisms across multiple business areas.
• Strategic insight: ability to turn data into clear business narratives, identify systemic risks, and provide decision-useful recommendations.
• Cross-functional partnership: experience collaborating with Data Science, Product, Engineering, and Operations stakeholders to align definitions.

Responsibilities

• Establish and govern reporting standards, metric definitions, and visibility frameworks across LoBs to maintain a consistent source of truth.
• Build, maintain, and improve recurring reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and executive-level performance views.
• Deliver high-impact deep-dives and structured analysis to identify trends, risks, performance drivers, and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with Planning and Performance, LoB leaders, Data Science, Product, Engineering, and QA to align on definitions and data interpretation.
• Improve reporting efficiency by standardizing outputs, reducing manual effort, and identifying automation opportunities in reporting workflows.
• Contribute to Operational Excellence and Automation by improving reporting scalability and embedding insight-driven decision-making.
