TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is seeking a Compliance Analytics & Reporting Analyst to drive data-backed coordination, execution, and automation of regulatory reporting for TikTok's compliance programs. This cross-functional role bridges technical data environments and regulatory reporting, building data pipelines and automated workflows to improve governance and transparency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in risk/compliance analytics or similar role.
• Experience building automations, data workflows, or scripting solutions.
• Experience reporting KRIs/KPIs within a global enterprise.
• Experience with U.S. compliance frameworks (e.g., CFIUS, FTC orders) or similar.
• Ability to bridge US compliance content and technical data details.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and dashboards for compliance tracking.
• Partner with business, security, and privacy teams to implement regulatory requirements and track compliance.
• Develop and visualize KPIs and KRIs reflecting compliance posture and regulations impact.
• Oversee data management and change documentation with the Compliance Assurance Team.
• Identify bottlenecks and build scalability solutions that decouple workflow from headcount growth.
• Manage the compliance lifecycle: assess posture, identify gaps, and drive remediation with owners.
• Deliver high-quality services and deliverables on time.
