Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture seeks an Anti‑Fraud Analyst to investigate and analyze fraudulent activity on the TikTok Shop platform. You will build automated detection/enforcement rules and push policy/product enhancements to close fraud loopholes. You will develop and track key metrics to monitor progress and ensure compliance with US regulations.

You will work cross‑functionally to improve processes, train teammates, and contribute to scalable risk controls in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in fraud and risk detection, enforcement, and investigations.
• Proficient in SQL or MySQL.
• Strong ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
• Experience creating rules or models to automate fraud detection.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem‑solving.
• Experience managing projects and coordinating with cross‑functional partners.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Leverage data tools and queries to conduct risk/fraud investigations and extract insights.
• Perform root cause analyses on emerging fraud trends and document findings.
• Maintain enforcement rules and policies for accuracy and compliance.
• Investigate user behaviour to identify abnormalities and develop risk controls.
• Develop metrics to track progress and monitor fraud trends.
• Create standard operating procedures for scaled manual workflows.
• Provide training and guidance on fraud detection techniques.
