Job summary

TikTok is seeking an Industry Relations Manager for TikTok Shop to engage with brands, industry associations and government entities on e‑commerce policy. The role focuses on developing partnerships, shaping policy positions and communicating industry developments across the organization.

You will work with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment on regulatory affairs, IP protection and consumer safety, while representing TikTok Shop in external forums and policy discussions.

Qualifications

• Strong collaboration, communication, teamwork and project management skills.
• Experience in brand relations, trade associations, regulatory or governmental bodies.
• Demonstrated experience in consumer safety, IP, or related issues.

Responsibilities

• Represent TikTok Shop and advocate for the company’s positions in external forums, including industry discussions and conferences.
• Develop and maintain relationships with brands, industry associations and rightsholders groups.
• Analyze risks and impacts of industry efforts on e‑commerce regulation and legislation.
• Partner with Legal, Brand Protection, IPR and internal stakeholders to inform policy positions.
• Communicate industry developments to internal stakeholders and maintain consistent external messaging.
