Job summary

• Any proven supervisory experience.
• Any prior experience in the selection and hiring process.
• Strong organization skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds several throughout the day.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and/or walk constantly.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, or crouch several times per hour.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day e-Commerce store operations and staffing.
• Interview, select and hire candidates for online shopping.
• Create schedules according to guidelines and meet sales goals.
• Develop associates to achieve productivity targets.
• Ensure compliance with laws and food safety procedures.
• Train associates on order selector and customer attendant duties.
• Lead e-Commerce initiatives and monitor weekly and annual targets.
• Assist in analyzing competitive landscape and respond accordingly.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and substitutions when needed.
• Streamline order collection, product checks, checkout, and delivery.
• Report inventory issues promptly and manage expenses.
• Provide feedback to management on operational plans.
• Supervise and coach direct reports; conduct performance reviews.
