Job summary

Kroger is seeking a Store e-Commerce Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of the online department at the Parker, CO location. You will staff, train, and develop associates while ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Responsibilities include driving sales and productivity, maintaining compliance with laws and safety standards, and leading cross-functional initiatives to improve customer satisfaction. Strong leadership and operational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Proven supervisory experience.
• Experience in selection and hiring processes.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lb frequently and up to 50 lb several times per day.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods; ability to stoop, kneel, or crouch as required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department to meet sales goals and budgets.
• Staff the on-line shopping department and interview/select candidates.
• Plan product flow and create staff schedules.
• Develop associates to achieve productivity standards and goals.
• Ensure compliance with laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Train associates on order selector and customer attendant roles.
• Lead e-Commerce initiatives in planning and execution.
• Achieve sales, wage budgets and customer satisfaction targets.
• Respond to competitive landscape and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory issues and report to leadership; manage expenses and maintenance.
