Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and motivate the team to do the same.
• Lead and develop a multi-department team in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
• Coordinate order fulfillment across all e-commerce channels (Aisles Online, food service, pharmacy, MTO, TPM).
• Monitor and ensure accurate, on-time fulfillment; request support as needed.
• Promote Hy-Vee loyalty programs and e-commerce services to customers and staff.
• Review orders for accuracy and manage stock and cancellations.
• Ensure customer emails and third-party complaints are resolved promptly.
• Oversee payments in POS for first- and third-party orders.
• Coordinate store deliveries and plan labor based on projected orders.
• Train staff on new policies and procedures and maintain dress code and policies.
