You’ll be a strong organizer and natural leader, focused on delivering a seamless customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and solid computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing needs
• Oversee order fulfillment from start to finish to ensure on-time completion
• Recruit, train, and schedule department employees for a high-performing team
• Provide ongoing education to employees on policies and best practices
• Ensure food safety and proper product temperatures during fulfillment
• Instruct and review work, coordinate activities, and address team concerns
• Authority to recommend employee discipline as needed
• Answer phones and emails promptly with friendly service
• Adhere toHy-Vee dress code and department guidelines and assist with other tasks as needed
