Job summary

Kroger is seeking a store e-Commerce Operations Manager in Powell, OH to lead day-to-day activities and staffing for the online department. The role focuses on achieving sales objectives, maintaining product flow, and upholding company values in a fast-paced environment.

You will interview and train staff, manage schedules, and drive performance to meet budgets while ensuring compliance with laws and safety standards. This position emphasizes growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Experience in selection/hiring process.
• Able to lift 25 lb frequently and 50 lb occasionally.
• Must stand for extended periods and walk constantly.
• Stooping/kneeling/crouching as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day e-Commerce operations to meet sales objectives and budgets.
• Interview, select and hire candidates for online staff.
• Create schedules for product flow and staffing according to guidelines.
• Develop associates and certify them as they reach goals.
• Ensure compliance with laws and food safety procedures.
• Train associates on order selector and customer attendant duties.
• Lead e-Commerce initiatives and achieve sales targets.
• Monitor inventory, address out-of-stock substitutions and order accuracy.
• Report issues to management and optimize processes.
