Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in recruitment and hiring processes.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lb frequently and up to 50 lb multiple times a day.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department.
• Staff and develop associates to meet goals.
• Ensure e-Commerce meets customer expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Interview, select and hire candidates for on-line shopping department.
• Create schedules based on product flow and guidelines.
• Lead associates to meet productivity standards and certify outcomes.
• Ensure legal compliance and food-safety procedures.
• Train associates on all e-Commerce roles (order selector, customer attendant).
• Lead planning and execution of e-Commerce initiatives.
• Achieve sales, wage budgets and customer-satisfaction targets.
• Assist in competitive analysis and respond to market changes.
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment and substitutions.
• Streamline order collection, checkout and delivery processes.
• Report inventory issues to department heads promptly.
• Troubleshoot equipment for the e-Commerce department.
• Provide feedback on operations to management and district team.
• Monitor expenses and ensure preventative maintenance of equipment.
• Supervise and coach staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Work well in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Manage conflicts professionally and with integrity.
• Follow directions and seek help to resolve issues.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
