Job summary

The Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a Store e-Commerce Operations Supervisor in Pickerington, OH. You will manage day-to-day e-Commerce activities, staff the on-line department, and drive customer satisfaction while protecting safety and company values.

You will schedule teams, optimize product flow, and lead initiatives to meet weekly and annual sales, wage budgets, and operational targets. Strong leadership and POS knowledge are important for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven supervisory experience.
• Experience in interviewing, selecting and hiring staff.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds several times a day.
• Able to stand for extended periods and/or walk constantly.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, or crouch several times per hour.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department.
• Staff the on-line shopping department and develop associates.
• Create schedules and manage product flow.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of order fulfillment.
• Train associates on order selector and customer attendant roles.
• Lead e-Commerce initiatives and measure performance against sales goals.
• Monitor inventory, substitutions, and substitutions in stockouts.
• Control department expenses and ensure routine maintenance of equipment.
• Provide feedback to management and stakeholders on programs.
