Qualifications

• Supervise and staff the e-Commerce dept.
• Ensure legal compliance and safety for all staff.
• Proven supervisory experience required.
• Experience with hiring processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day e-Commerce operations to meet sales goals.
• Staff the department and develop associates.
• Create schedules and manage product flow.
• Lead initiatives and monitor KPIs and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and timely.
• Train staff on order selector and customer attendant duties.
• Monitor expenses and manage department budget.
• Provide feedback to store leadership on programs.
