Job summary

Kroger in Bellevue, NE is seeking a STR MGMT/e-COMMERCE SUPERVISOR to lead the store's online department, manage day-to-day operations, staffing and associate development, while upholding the company's values. You will hire, schedule, train, and supervise staff; ensure accurate order fulfillment, maintain safety standards, and drive sales, customer satisfaction, and efficiency in e-Commerce initiatives.

This role requires strong leadership, familiarity with POS systems, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Any proven supervisory experience.
• Any prior experience in the selection and hiring process.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds several throughout the day.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and/or walk constantly.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, or crouch several times per hour.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department to achieve goals and budgets.
• Staff the department and develop associates to achieve desired results.
• Interview, select and hire candidates to staff the online shopping department.
• Meet product flow demands and create schedules according to guidelines.
• Train associates on order selector and customer attendant roles.
• Lead the planning, implementation and execution of e-Commerce initiatives.
• Achieve/shadow sales, wage budgets, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Ensure orders are filled accurately and timely with substitutions when needed.
• Monitor inventory and report issues to leadership as required.
• Maintain safety compliance and company guidelines in all activities.
