Kroger Co. Omaha, NE is seeking a capable STR MGMT/e-COMMERCE SUPERVISOR STORE #321 to oversee the store's e-Commerce department and drive sales. You will staff the team, develop associates, ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and uphold food safety and company standards.

Lead initiatives, manage schedules, monitor performance, and collaborate with management to meet weekly, period and annual goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven supervisory experience required.
• Experience in selection and hiring processes preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department.
• Staff the e-Commerce department and develop associates to meet goals.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Train associates on order selector and customer attendant duties.
• Monitor sales, budgets and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Collaborate with store leadership to implement e-Commerce initiatives.
