Job summary

The Kroger Co. is seeking a Store e-Commerce Operations Manager in Nebraska to oversee day-to-day e-Commerce activities, staffing, and associate development. The role focuses on achieving sales objectives, budgets, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.

You will lead a team to ensure an exceptional online shopping experience, manage product flow, and implement initiatives that drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Supervisory or leadership experience is required.
• Experience in the selection and hiring process.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds several times per day.
• Stand/walk for extended periods; ability to stoop/kneel as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the online/e-Commerce department meets customer expectations for shopping experience, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Interview, select and hire candidates to staff the online shopping department.
• Create schedules and manage product flow according to guidelines.
• Develop associates to meet productivity standards and goals.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company food safety procedures.
• Train associates on order selector and customer attendant roles.
• Lead the team in planning and executing e-Commerce initiatives.
• Achieve sales, wage budgets and other targets including customer satisfaction.
