Job summary

Kroger Co. is seeking a store e-Commerce Operations Leader in Medford, OR to manage day-to-day activities, staff the department and drive sales goals.

You will develop associates, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead initiatives across substitutions, ordering, and fulfillment while maintaining compliance with policies and safety standards. Responsibilities include interviewing and hiring, scheduling, monitoring performance, and reporting outcomes to leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Proven Supervisory experience.
• Experience in the selection and hiring process.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds several times per day.
• Stand/walk for extended periods; stoop/kneel/crouch.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department to meet sales goals.
• Staff, interview, hire and develop associates for the e-Commerce team.
• Create and manage schedules to meet product flow and staffing needs.
• Lead initiatives to improve customer experience and online ordering efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with laws, safety procedures and company policies.
• Monitor inventory, substitutions and order fulfillment performance.
• Provide feedback to management on operational plans and KPIs.
