• Train and coach associates; monitor safety and compliance.
• Lead initiatives and manage expenses within department budgets.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and error-free order processing.
• Analyze competitive landscape and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Achieve weekly, monthly and annual sales targets.
