Responsibilities

• Staff the department and develop associates to achieve results.
• Ensure e-Commerce operations comply with laws and company policies.
• Interview, select and hire candidates for the on-line shopping department.
• Plan schedules to meet product flow and guidelines.
• Lead and coach the team to exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets.
• Monitor inventory, substitutions, and order fulfillment efficiency.
• Provide feedback to management on operational plans and performance.
