Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in a retail or warehouse setting.
• Ability to read shelf tags and manage store operations.
• Basic computer skills for order processing and scheduling.
• Basic math skills for counting and transactions.
• Self-directed with the ability to execute projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team members adhere to laws, safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Perform responsibilities of selectors and customer attendants as needed.
• Train all functions and duties of selector and customer attendant roles.
• Act as the person in charge of the e-Commerce department when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates’ needs.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and distribute work to staff.
• Print and distribute order labels, including perishable orders.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies and keep staging areas organized.
• Report discrepancies to the store e-Commerce manager.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Learn and implement process improvements as directed by e-Commerce leadership.
• Provide feedback on daily performance and performance reviews.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment and manage conflicts constructively.
• Follow directions and seek help to resolve issues.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
