Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in retail or on-line/grocery.
• Experience in selection and hiring process.
• Ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store e-Commerce department.
• Staff and develop associates to meet sales goals.
• Ensure customer expectations for shopping ease, variety, cleanliness.
• Interview, select and hire candidates for online department.
• Manage product flow and scheduling.
• Lead e-Commerce initiatives and executions.
• Meet weekly, period, annual sales and wage budgets.
• Monitor inventory issues and substitutions; manage timely order fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with laws and safety procedures.
