Job summary

The Kroger Co. in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Store e-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day online grocery operations and achieve sales goals.

You will staff the department, develop associates, and ensure safe, compliant and efficient order fulfillment across digital channels. Lead initiatives, monitor performance, manage schedules, and drive customer satisfaction to secure repeat business and growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Experience in the selection and hiring process.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds throughout the day.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and/or walk constantly.

Responsibilities

• Staff the e-Commerce department and develop associates.
• Ensure customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Interview, select and hire candidates for online shopping.
• Schedule workflow to meet guidelines.
• Lead planning and execution of e-Commerce initiatives.
• Achieve weekly, period and annual sales and wage budgets.
