Job summary

Kroger is seeking a Store e-Commerce Manager in Canby, OR to manage daily operations of the online shopping department at our Canby location. You will recruit, train, and coach staff while ensuring service quality and adherence to company policies.

The role requires leadership under pressure and focus on safety and efficiency. You will drive sales, manage budgets, and coordinate with store leadership to optimize product flow, stock substitutions, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven supervisory experience.
• Experience in selection and hiring processes.
• Must be able to lift up to 25–50 lbs and stand/walk long periods.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department.
• Staff the department and develop associates to meet goals.
• Ensure e-Commerce meets customer expectations for shopping experience, variety and cleanliness.
• Hire and train candidates for on-line shopping roles.
• Manage product flow, scheduling, and substitutions for out-of-stock items.
• Lead initiatives and monitor sales, budgets and customer satisfaction.
