Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies is seeking to support the Store e-Commerce manager in day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department. You will ensure smooth shopping experiences, manage staff, and uphold company values of respect and integrity.

Responsibilities include supervising selectors and customer attendants, training staff, facilitating order intake and labeling, and maintaining equipment and supplies while ensuring compliance with laws and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have proven supervisory experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Self-directed with ability to execute projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping and service.
• Ensure compliance with laws, safety procedures, and guidelines.
• Assist with scheduling and workload distribution for selectors and attendants.
• Act as acting Store e-Commerce manager when manager is unavailable.
• Train staff on selector and attendant duties.
• Maintain orders intake and distribute work to staff.
• Print and distribute order labels, including perishable orders.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies and organize staging areas.
